First we prepare the material with high quality to cutting.

Then through vamp scissors & cementing including vamp folding & cementing, trimming for vamp backstrap lining, Gore cementing to warping, heel covering and assembling.

We started with stitching including vamp stitching, backstrap & ornament stitching, vamp binding to get cementing, heating & drying.

Now we get to insole cementing, drying, gluing insole covering to make sole laying and sole press.

We prepare for fixing & packaging which contains lasting, heating, cooling, pull out last, fixing, cleaning, loose thread and tying.

Sample making takes about 1 to 2 weeks based on the design with your brand. If you have any questions or need modifications, just contact us so we can improve to reach your mind until you are satisfied.

For new customers, sample costs will be charged at double the unit price, but we will refund you once orders are placed. For our regular customers, we make samples for free except sale samples in big quantities.

If you are satisfied with our samples and quality and decide to order, we will send the PI to you for confirmation soon and send the confirmation samples to you for approval in one week. After getting your final confirmation, we start mass production.
